“There’s no use trying to rush fate, because the best things in life are worth the wait.” Andrea + Chris lived miles and miles apart, their story is like those you read in a fairy tale. The chances of them actually meeting were so slim. Chris lived and worked in Minnesota while Andrea lived in Connecticut. It just so happened they were both on Match.com at the same time, in the same city. Chris was visiting with a friend in Connecticut for a job interview. This friend told him he should check Match out (as reluctant as he was, he did). He received a wink from this gorgeous girl “with a cute chin.” Little did he know Andrea was about to cancel her Match site but her friend Ashley had other ideas.
Andrea + Chris never did get to meet while he was in Connecticut. He flew back to Minnesota but couldn’t get her out of his head. After two months of texting and talking on the phone for hours Chris bit the bullet and bought a ticket to fly back to actually meet her! He says it was the best + smartest way he has ever spent $900! The rest is history and here we are celebrating their wedding!
Andrea + Chris, I don’t even know where to begin. You both have been so amazing since day one. All of our emails and texts back and forth couldn’t have prepared me for how close we would end up being. After finally meeting you for the first time in Newport, I knew we found a couple so much like ourselves. You guys are so sweet and truly mean the world to us. Thank you so much for allowing us to not only be part of your day but you invited us into your lives like friends. I’m so excited to start planning double dates when you come back to town. You’re stuck with us for life. xoxo
