Over the past year and a half I have seen first hand the love Mychal + Ross share. I watched how patient Ross was when Mychal was a little nervous. I have watched Mychal melt in his arms and let everything go to just be in the moment with him. I have seen them laugh uncontrollably together and I was flooded with emotion on their wedding day as Mychal and Ross said their I do’s. The Squantum Association was the perfect backdrop with just enough character, nature, and ocean views for their wedding day. Every piece of their day was intricately woven together. Like the Chuppah that Ross built adorned with the wedding dresses of the bride and groom’s mothers sewn together by Mychal’s sister in law. The bride wore her grandmother’s earrings as well as held her great grandmother’s handkerchief as she walked down the aisle. Ross even gave her his great grandmother’s engagement ring to “borrow” for her walk down the aisle. The little details that brought it all together include a ring box designed by the groom, personalized candy bars made by Mychal’s mom, guest bags for the guests made up of things from each of their home states, and hangers for the bride and bridesmaids from the bride’s late great grandmother.
It was a one of a kind wedding and Amy, Shiloh and I loved being a part of it. Watching the two of them celebrate with their closest family and friends made our hearts so full. Mychal + Ross we are so happy to have gotten to know you both. We are excited to see where your life takes you!
