We have had a little bit of luck with all of our weddings lately. The weather called for rain for the last 5 weddings we had but it stayed away long enough to get some amazing images. Luckily, we have the best couples that went with the flow and weren’t afraid to be a little adventurous. Danielle + Dane were no exception. They braved the sprinkles and did some outdoor portraits. Their wedding took place at Tyrone Farm in Pomfret, CT. It was my first time at the venue and I loved it. I’m not usually a farm girl but Ian, the owner, was so sweet. He went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly, he was outside wiping chairs down, lighting a fire, and the wedding went perfect.
Danielle was glowing and seeing her and Dane together made my heart so happy. They are high school sweethearts that love the simple things in life. Spending time outdoors with their dogs, fishing, and hiking are some of their favorite things to do. You can also find them cozy on the couch talking about anything and everything. They are literally the best of friends. Danielle loves Dane for all the right reasons, he’s so kind, he always puts others first, and even though he may have a tough exterior…he has a huge heart. They fit together so perfectly. Shiloh and I loved being part of their wedding day.
